Damjan completed his undergraduate studies in Geological Sciences at the University of Zagreb in 2016. His undergraduate dissertation focused on the petrographic and geochemical characteristics of volcaniclastic deposits of the External Dinarides near Lika, Croatia. At present, Damjan is undertaking a master's degree in Geology of Mineral Resources and Geophysical Exploration which he will complete this summer. In his thesis he is primarily using geochemical methods to investigate the metamorphic rocks of Krndija, a mountain in eastern Croatia.
