Ander Martinez-Doñate Gomez

Upon completion of his BSc in Geology at the University of the Basque Country in 2017, Ander undertook an MSc in Reservoir Geology and Geophysics at the University of Barcelona. His thesis, 'Determining the onset of folding by analyzing paleoslope direction from gravitational structures' focused on the tectono-sedimentary relationships developed during the emplacement of the Sant Corneli Anticline and the formation of the Pyrenean chain. The project was completed in collaboration with the Spanish National Research Council (ICTJA-CSIC) as part of the research team Group of Dynamics of the Lithosphere.
